Are you one of those people that don’t like using drugs? Slow down, I don’t mean “those” drugs, but you know, for medical purposes. That is understandable. I don’t like them either.
I just have a fear of using any sort of chemical that is supposed to make me feel better. But when it comes to pain? Boy, would I be tempted. I have low pain threshold and anything that would make me feel better, I would have no problem trying it. Even if it meant breaking my own rules.
If you feel like me, good for you. But now, you do not have to break that one rule. I would like to tell you more about PainGone, a pen-shaped device that will make your pain go away.
Like I said, this device has a shape of a large pen and it is unbelievably easy to use. It falls in the group of so-called TENS products. TENS is an acronym for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation.
But unlike other TENS devices, it comes with no batteries, no attachments, nothing that would make it complicated to use or carry around. You are probably wondering how it works if there are no batteries or any other attachments involved, right? There is a simple explanation.
PainGone contains crystals that produce low frequency electrical charge. That charge then sends impulses through the nerves, which then alert the brain.
Once the brain receives this message, it releases more endorphin. Endorphin is basically similar to opiates in a way that it produces pain relief and general sense of well-being.
It is also very important to mention that PainGone is clinically tested. It falls under Class IIa Medical Devices. It was put through a number of studies that aimed at proving its effectiveness.
Though it depends on the type of study implemented, results were very positive. Satisfaction of patients that tested Pain Gone Pen was always above at least 50%, often even a lot higher.
Pen PainGone is so simple to use. First, you take it with your hand making sure you put your index finger over metal ring on top. Once you locate the pain spot, rest the Pain Gone tip against it and click the Red Button on top about 30-40 times. Every time you click, PainGone sends a pulse to your brain that then engages endorphin in order to fight against pain.
PainGone affects approximately 6-inch area in radius around the spot that was treated. There is no real recommendation how often you should use it, but it is probably the best to establish some regularity on a daily basis.
PainGone should not be used on wet skin, on or around eyes, over your heart, on carotid sinus nerves, laryngeal and pharyngeal muscles on the front and side of your neck, around oxygen tanks, on spots that have metal parts installed, whilst driving. Also, it should not be used by people with pacemaker installed, pregnant women at 16 weeks and under, children under the age of 8, people who suffer from epilepsy.
What Pain can PainGone Pen Relieve? Does Pain Gone Pen Work?
Pain Gone Pen mainly focuses on physical pain. So if you broke up a long relationship with a loved one, it probably has no chance of curing what ails your heart. Not that you should try it on your hart anyway, as mentioned above. But if you were out playing pick-up game, and got kneed in your thigh, for example, it will work just fine. Here is a list of some general pain types that PainGone is proven it helps:
- Sports Injuries
- Back Pain
- Aching Muscles
- Tennis Elbow
- Menstrual Pain
- Post-operative Pain
- Carpal Tunnel
Benefits of PainGone vs. Other TENS Products
There are so many advantages to PainGone, it will be difficult to list them all, but I will try. First, it’s shaped like a pen. That means it is easy to carry around and travel with. Whether you go on a business trip or stay in your office all day, it will be close to you, probably in your shirt or jacket pocket.
Then, it comes with no batteries. This means you will not have to charge it EVER. You pull it out, press against the spot of a pain, and hold it for 30 seconds. That’s it. Once you are done, just put it back where it was and have it ready for next time you need it.
Other TENS devices usually required longer treatments than that, but with PainGone Pen, half a minute is all it takes. Think about it. Just reading this paragraph probably took close to 30 seconds.
While it is preferred that you use PainGone pen directly on your skin, it is not imperative. It will work even if you press it against some light clothing. This is also a great benefit, as now you do not have to take your shirt off on a plane just so you could ease some back pain. But again, remember, light clothing. It will not work against heavy wool sweater your grandma made you last Christmas.
Probably the best but not the least benefit of PainGone Pen, other than its effectiveness, is that it comes with no attachments, no leads, no pads or electrodes, and no maintenance. With other devices, it was always difficult, or even painful, just trying to use them.
Pain Gone will not cause you any further pain, it will only relieve it. You will never have to worry again about leads getting tangled over your head or pads not sticking to your skin or batteries running out.

great for pain
This product works wonders. I feel it helps alot.
This muscle pen is not used for serious illnesses as one commenter posed. It is a muscle pen used for the above description. For example leg ache. I find it most effective, & would recommend it. It is a product used for physical discomfort.
Of course it won't work ?
Of course it wouldn't work. How could a pen get rid of pain. Well you could have knocked me down with a feather when it actually did work. The pain was so bad in my hands, that's where I tried it first. It was the difference between using my hands or not using them. I have to say it worked instantly. The next step was my knees. Of course it wouldn't work because it is joint damage. That worked for me too. I could bend my legs without pain. What it means to me is to help me stay independent and be less afraid. I purchased two because it was a better deal and I knew I could return them if they didn't work. Yes of course I would recommend them but only you can tell if they work for you. If they don't, send them back with their guarantee promise. You have nothing to lose. I'm a convert. I know it's seems expensive, but if it works and it gives you a better quality of life. It's no contest as far as I can see. I wish I had known about this earlier.
